They said they'd insert product or service (which I didn't want) to my purchase to compensate for the extra delivery costs. It has now been 5 weeks given that they said they they delivered my order and I've received absolutely nothing. I've despatched a number of e-mail to them by their Site and also have not experienced any response what-so-ever.
